You need to upload your Demo from your csstrike file. you can use different browsers are Mediafire/mega/Dropbox etc.
As moon said you are a high prestige a 30min length ban is nothing. Next time you get banned by any ADMIN i consider you get a demo or you will not be able to defend your self.
